Sunken Apple Cake with Cinnamon

  • 100 g Butter, soft (717 kcal)
  • 120 g Sugar (404 kcal)
  • 3 large eggs Eggs (140 kcal)
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon (247 kcal)
  • 250 g Wheat flour (340 kcal)
  • 1 packet Baking powder (340 kcal)
  • 100 ml Milk (64 kcal)
  • 4 Apples (quartered) (52 kcal)
  • 1 organic lemon Lemon (29 kcal)

Preparation steps

  1. Beat sugar, butter and eggs for 45 seconds at speed 4 until creamy.

    • Eggs (3 large eggs)
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the apples and mix for 40 seconds at speed 5.
    • Cinnamon (0,5 tsp)
    • Wheat flour (250 g)
    • Baking powder (1 packet)
    • Milk (100 ml)
    • Lemon (1 organic lemon)
  3. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and press the peeled, quartered and scored apples into the batter.

  4. Bake the cake in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat) at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 40 minutes on the middle rack.
